Ah, the joy of framing. Unfortunately, every one of the points can be used against items in the agenda pushed by people claiming to be conservatives. Item 1 is pro-choice, item 2 is pro-civil-rights, etc.

It's like having the question "Do you like puppies?" and using it to support the Puppy in Every Pot Act of 2006. Are you pro-puppy, or anti-puppy?
